A. Grip

            Cues: Throwing hand on top, Other hand on the bottom

B. Throw

            Cues: Step with opposite foot, Slide hand down the shaft, follow-through; stick to the ground

C. Catch

            Cues: Head of stick up, Catch ball next to head

D. Craddle

            Cues: Turn top or bottom wrist in or out

E. Ground ball

            Cues: Two hands on the stick, Bend knees, Lower hips, Scoop through the ball, cradle

F. Moves
