A. Fore arm pass

            Cues: Arms out and away, Stand up and Shrug

B. Overhead pass (Set)

            Cues: Make a window, Get under the ball. Extend arms and legs

C. Serving

        1. Underhand

            Cues: One foot ahead of other, Hold ball in non-hitting hand, swing arm straight back and straight
            forward and contact ball.

        2. Overhand

            Cues: One foot ahead of other, good toss overhead, hit ball overhead with an open hand.
