Let's Do Dewey!  Get comfortable with nonfiction in your library --  and get great with research for school!

New Book of Knowledge Encyclopedia  You need the ID and password to connect here. 

	Computers in our library are used for our electronic card catalog, connecting to the Internet and online encyclopedias, and using the Accelerated Reader program.
We subscribe to sixteen young peoples' magazines, such as Cricket, Sports Illustrated for Kids, Nickelodeon, National Geographical Kids, and Boys Life.  Students may check them out as they would books.
The reference section in the library is full of dictionaries, encyclopedias, and atlases.  Students use these materials in the library for projects and to answer questions of their own.
	Students do different research projects  using materials in the non-fiction section.
Students are allowed to check out and return books during their library classes and Open Checkout times.
	In the the fiction section there are books by authors such as Dr. Seuss, Judy Blume, Bruce Coville, Beverly Cleary, Roald Dahl, and E. L. Konigsburg.
