Manufacturing

This course explores the types of manufacturing processes available today.  We study product planning, industrial processes, and quality control. This course is “hands-on” whereby students will build a product for individual use and mass production.

10-Week Term Grading Procedures

  • Projects = 50%

  • Class Participation (including attitude and safety procedures) = 25%

  • Quizzes = 15%

  • Homework = 10%

What I Do

  • I promote a safe learning and working environment.

  • I strive for quality work.

  • I encourage you to do your best.

What I Don’t Do

  • I do not tolerate racial, ethnic, or religious slurs.

  • I do not tolerate cussing.

  • I do not clean up after you.

If you miss a classroom assignment it is your responsibility to see me to make arrangements to make it up.  You will need a pocket folder for note taking, handouts, and patterns.
