the recommendation of Matthew McGarrity, Superintendent, does hereby appoint Thomas Roote who has completed all
requirements for New York State certification permitting him to administer in
the School District Administrator
tenure area in the public schools of New York State, to the position of Assistant Principal for a probationary
period of 3 years, to commence on 8/15/07
and to end on 8/14/10; AND BE IT
FURTHER RESOLVED THAT during the first year of this appointment the salary
will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in the

the Dansville Central School PURSUANT TO Section 3014 of the Education Law
and in compliance with Part 30.3 of the Rules of the Board of Regents, upon
the recommendation of Matthew McGarrity, Superintendent, does hereby appoint Kyle Button who holds an Initial Certificate permitting him to
serve in the Childhood Education
(Grades 1-6) tenure area in the public schools of New York State, to the
position of Fourth Grade Teacher
in the Childhood Education tenure
area for a probationary period of 2 years, to commence on 9/1/07 and to end on 8/31/09; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
THAT during the first year of this appointment the salary will be paid in
accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in the agreement with the

to serve in the Special Education tenure
area in the public schools of New York State, to the position of Special Education Teacher in the Special Education tenure area for a
probationary period of 2 years, to commence on 9/1/07 and to end on 8/31/09;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT during the first year of this appointment the
salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in the
agreement with the Dansville Teachers’ Association. Salary: $49,896. Attachment

serve in the Science 7-12 tenure

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT during the first year of this appointment the
salary will be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in the
