Exit 4 retail development project sponsored by OpCo (Bella Vista Development
Corp) in using Tax Increment Financing, through the mechanism of a
Payment-in-lieu-of-Tax to fund publicly owned infrastructure that is
necessary to enable the project, anchored by Wal Mart to be constructed and

Dansville Central School District may forgo most of all new tax revenue
