District, pursuant to Section 4.5 of the Rules and Regulations of the Civil
Service Law, upon the recommendation of Matthew McGarrity, Superintendent, does hereby retroactively appoint Roberta Dunham who is to serve in the
position of Food Service Helper
for a probationary period of 90 days commencing on September 18, 2007 and ending February 7, 2008. The rate
of pay for the 2007-2008 school
year will be $7.25 per hour. Attachment V-F (1) 9/25/07 RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Dansville School
District, pursuant to Section 4.5 of the Rules and Regulations of the Civil
Service Law, upon the recommendation of Matthew McGarrity, Superintendent,
does hereby re-appoint Judith Jerome,
who is to serve in the position of School

Section 75 Hearing Officer

Motion by Bacon, seconded by Mapes, to approve the following
resolution: WHEREAS, the Board has approved certain Civil Service Law section 75
charges regarding an employee in the District that were signed by the
Superintendent on September 14, 2007; and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it will appoint an independent
Hearing Officer to conduct a hearing on the charges and make recommended
findings of fact on the charges and a recommendation as to what penalty, if
any, is appropriate; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board appoints Michael Farrell as the
Hearing Officer to take evidence and make recommended findings of fact and of
penalty concerning those charges and transmit those findings to the Board for
