The EBH PageTurners participated in the fall
competition on December 12 at Letchworth Central School. There
were five teams attending including Cohocton, Dansville,
Keshequa, Letchworth and Wayland. During the morning competition
Dansville earned third place, though they were closer to first
than to last. Ellis B. Hyde has the most participants of any
school, so alternates were divided into two teams in order to
accommodate all the students.
Team One: Sarah Cotton (captain), Sara Oliver, Jordan
Young, Tristen Carr, Danielle Waite and Kaitlyn Chan; Team
Two: Christina Kaszuba (captain), Leanne Camuto, Isaiah
Baer, McKenzie Derby, Tori Henson and Kirstin Sherman. The
Alternate Teams included Kelsey Dunn and Tyra Holden
(captains), Karli Bennett, Jesse Berry, Justin Berry, Jordyn
Condrate, Madisun Edmond, Michael Evans, Daniel Kaszuba, Natasha
King, Troy Latimer, Raegan Lemmon, Kieran Liles-McAllister,
Nikolas Little, Grace Mills, Bailey Parbsslawson, Nickolas Swain
and Paige Weir. Also on the team but absent from competition
were Greg Henderson and Alexis Rodgers.
