Each child is carefully assessed before the Committee on Special Education (CSE) makes recommendations for programs and services. All four of the district’s schools house special education programs. The school district’s Committee on Special Education (CSE) also meets regularly to review the progress of students with disabilities and stands ready to make adjustments in programs and services as our children change and grow. Parents and family members are considered critical partners, along with school district personnel, in the education of their children. Parents provide essential information to teachers and administrators; play an important role in decisions made about their children and can be a key to supporting high expectations for their children during their school years.
