For 2026-27 Dansville students can all participate in School Breakfast and Lunch at no charge, regardless of income. See the Letter from the Food Service Director linked below.

Meal Modification Plan

School districts must make substitutions for students who are considered to have a disability under 7 CFR 15b.3 and whose disability restricts their diet. 7 CFR 210.10(m).  Below is Dansville plan.

For 2025-26 as stated in Mrs. Morrow's Letter (Parent Letter), the Dansville District is able to offer free lunch and breakfast to all students, regardless of income. My School Bucks can still be used for snacks or additional cafeteria food choices:

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
