Use of Facilities

While the district's school buildings and grounds are maintained primarily for the purpose of educating students within the district, the Board of Education recognizes that the buildings and grounds are a valuable community resource and believes that this resource should be available to the community for specific uses that will not interfere with educational activities.

STEP 1 REVIEW FACILITY USE AGREEMENT AND RELATED BOE POLICIES:

STEP 2 REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT (ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT? SKIP THIS STEP):

Only needed if you do not already have an ML Schedules user account. All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. 

STEP 3 LOG-IN & RESERVE SPACE(S):

Anyone interested in using any of the school’s facilities during non-instructional time must complete an online application at least 30 days prior to the date being requested.

Once your account is created, you can log in and start making facility reservations using ML Schedules.
