DPS students & Their Families Show What Kind Of World They Dream Of
Inspired by the words of Langston Hughes's poem "I Dream a World", these DPS students and their families wrote about what kind of world they dream of for the future. Families then designed the silhouette of a person to put up on our hallway display. These kiddos are dreaming of a world where we celebrate, love, and embrace everyone; they are leaders that are inspiring change! Join the Cultural Awareness Committee by completing this family task (information about this came home in early February but if you need another please contact Janelle Rinker) and bringing it back to the PS. Each family that participates is also receiving a new book to add to their collection of diverse reads at home!
This is the disclaimer text. It should wrap, then the bar will grow in height if more space is needed. The blackboard footer will center if disclaimer is not being used and the background will be one color.
